What happens to players under 20% after promotion?

Hi,
Just wondering, what happens to players under 20% when you get to upper division and they lose 20%?

They die, Joking, they will show as 1%.

They will get still strong teams

Started as -4* (yep minus!) the season and still getting 70-80-90% teams in cup, CL etc...

Or manipulating is gone?

Remember that the 1% is the min' visually shown, but a 20% after promotion really is 0%, and a 0% after promotion is a -20% but will be shown min as 1% cause the % is related to the real "base number" hat the game uses to calculate this % and that as Ive explained some times, old managers knows but the new ones do not.

Thanks, wanted to make sure they would not disapear indeed. Need those reserve players for training.
