Interesting experience in FAs tday, we won the 56th title, I lose the 2 matches, 1-0 and 2-3. The first without any option, all shoots missed despite try all. 2nd leg I saw the chance to force a 2nd yellow for a oppo' dmc, I achieved it at the end of the match but, as almost always, red card means goal against when, I was 3-3 lol

The Nebuchadnezzar just suffered their first loss of the season. No it wasn't a troll, it was a tough team against which we managed to draw in the League's first leg. And in this second leg, they taught us how to play football.

The 1-0 loss does not affect our treble dream, as we sit comfortably on top of the table with 40 points and at least 3 point clear from the runner up. With more strong opponents to play, the management may consider investing in the goal scoring department. This is risky since our striker recently topped the top goalscorer list.

To get a new striker or not... what do you think?

I've got a pretty good association (currently 1587 points - platinum), and don't want to be revealing my tactics on a public forum. Very risky if a good tactical manager frequents the forum and reads my posts, then is able to anticipate my in-match decisions.

Hello Khris, how do you manage to force a yellow card on a player.

If the DMC had a yellow, focuss the passing in the middle -where he is- and set hard tackling. This tends to affect the "whole tackling scenario in the 1vs1's in lots of cases.

Only if you see that "it is obvious" that to activate hard tackling causes your team suddenly play more aggressive -as we well know, activate one order don't mean that "always work as intendeed, so many times, aggressive tackling favours one- then is when you just should try to keep the passing focussed to this player if it is posible, ofc. ...think that sometimes set the pssing in a different direction means losing the ball... so, one have to pay attention to the control of the match and despite all, in these cases, can work doing a change of mentality.... so, center passing + attacking maybe fails, but centre + very defensive maybe works

I doubt that though, it takes a huge amount of managerial skill to master and out-wit a good tactician like you. Its usually easier, if not better to master your players, understand their capabilities and play accordingly.

For instance, in my FA games finals, I could tell my oppo has a rufian in his squad, i didn't know how to force cards on him. Even when he eventually got a red, I couldn't take advantage of the red. I won my games based on the knowledge of my team and simple tactics.

Meet Japp, my main striker who is currently topping the charts:



But he wasn't doing that much until recently when I decided to play him as an AMC and not a ST. Could it be that his special ability of shadow striking boosts his performance as an attacking midfielder? Because I have other AMCs but he performs better. Another question is: could his special ability be working without the usual SA signs? Am just trying to understand what makes him tick...
