Player rating changes after transfer

You obviously do not understand the TM.
Now you are level 3 ALL levels can bid on the same player .
The player is seen by all as a percentage the same percentage the only difference between the levels is the relevant cost of the player.
If it was a higher level player buying then obviously you will see after the auction that the player has vastly better skills.

Allright, I do have one more question which I do not find in the list below. Does your team drop 20% each time you gain a level. Or does this eventually change?
