Seems like this is another challenge where the team quality affects the quality of the bot teams you play. Good thing I loaded up on quality depth for International Cup, so I can't even sub in lower-quality players to give myself more of a chance. I can understand matching managers by quality but there is no reason to punish high-quality teams by putting them up against high-quality bots, even under the "easy" team.
