Well I don't think I've ever had as close a one as that in all my time playing this.
Going into today we were level on 37 but I was well behind on goal difference. I lost 4 games today and thought it was all over, bought back in twice and finally with 15 mins to go tonight I was on 7 and the other guy was on 9 with me still to challenge him
Thought why not, at least win and save some pride, and I won 3-1.
Realised there was 45 seconds till the end of the tournament, I was 8-8 on the day and 45 all overall, but losing on GD, and I still had another opponent there if I bought in for 6 tokens.
Started that game with 30 seconds left and won it 2-0!!!!
The other guy must be wondering how he lost as he had won the thing as the tournament finished on screen, he'll be smashing his computer up right now probably....sorry m8!!
