What is the meaning of DIF? How does it function in the ranking, I think trophies is more important, right?

Not true..you also lose importantgoal difference if you go full risk like i did after being behind :F

Because this is a joke, my team is on 130% and the rest is all over 150% some and 200+%?

You only take 1 trophy, as there is only 1 trophy that exists between 2 Managers.
