In my opinion, players are only worth their token after I have tried them on the field. So, I don't train players immediately after buying, I field them first to see what they are programmed to do...

When you buy players they come with 80% condition so they're rested if I have to do training. The new 'keeper conceded two goals in his debut away in the League against a +5%Q team (lost 1-2 after going ahead in the 2nd minute), and kept a clean sheet (3 saves and got MoM) in the CL away match this evening - a 2-0 win.
