Adding of friends.

Hello fellow managers,
A fellow association member cannot add us as friends, nor can we him. Please can you advise us as to what we should do to resolve this?

Didn't used that option for ages now but if is still the same and nothing changed, you can add somebody in-game as friend only if he shares the same server as you, if don't no chance.

...unless all of you have the accounts linked to the Facebook account and then you can easily fix it by adding each others on Facebook as friends.

When you say server, is that the league?

No not league. Server is much bigger, thousands(?) of leagues.
You will all need to become friends through Facebook with the player(s) on different servers.

if you friend that manager on facebook you can then add him as friend in game

But yes stupid that you can friend anyone else but not if via association.
