All those teams you mean, are playing by the rules of the game.
You can't report them for anything illegal .
It's only "morale" cheating .
So instead of bothering the support stuff with useless charges and spending their time for this instead of helping in something else
better think and post some suggestions how the rules can change.

Sorry what language are you using? I think you need to change your translator.
No those teams are not playing by the rules that's the whole point of this!
Maybe instead of doing nothing about it and allowing associations to be bought openly on this forum you could actually implement the rules instead of heckling those who seek the truth. Maybe you are part of the problem - discuss.
Lost me. Where you getting these team names from?
go to your association click on the cup icon top right click the standings tab and scroll up to the top ten Associations in your league
"allowing associations to be bought openly"
If you see somewhere a manager trying to sell an asso' you can report it, of course thats against the rules.
and if you say;
"allowing associations to be bought openly on this forum"
Please, add links and captures so we can check it out and report these actions.
Cheers,
"You can't report them for anything illegal ."
err yes you can, that's the whole point,
But I think the translator from Spanish to English is at fault not the moderator, as I'm sure he meant to say they have done nothing illegal (except buy an association...)
The statement is it's self 100% wrong.
