Never won cup

Old cup format it was L2 vs L15 in the preliminary rounds. Teams off all levels chucked into the cup and basically the strongest sides were seeded to reach the final.

Yeah, my second season I got absolutely destroyed by a 7 star team.

I find the League easiest to win, then the Champions League, then the Cup.

I have never won the cup, infact, I have never got past the qualifying stages.
9/10 I always get the scouters and although I have a fairly decent team, mostly 5 stars in first team, never spent money to get tokens. It's quite frustrating as I don't have enough money for players and the Cup pays a lot of money.

How do you all do in the Cups?

I'm level 5 - addicted.

I'll be surprised when I don't win league. I've won 3 in 3 tries.*
I placed 2nd in my only real Champions League attempt.**
My Cup history is as follows:
Level 2 in a level 9 Cup: Qualifying Stage.
Level 3 in a Level 9 Cup: Playoff Stage
Level 4 in a Level 10 Cup: Qualifying Stage
Level 4 in a Level 8 Cup (New format): 3rd
I got bounced this year in the Playoff stage (Level 5, Level 8? Cup) lost on away goals, 2-2 agg. I was traveling at the time and unable to set lineups and tactics.

*Season 1 league: There were only 5 games left when i joined, so I don't count it.
*Season 4 league, I sandbagged - deliberately lost (it was actually hard to stay out of the top 7) to try and get a better cup draw (wasted effort, since they introduced the new Cup format the next season)
** Season 4 CL: I was traveling and unable to set my formations and tactics, eliminated in Top 16

I struggled to get many 4 or 5 stars at Level 2 so imagine how bad I was lol

I'm at level 5 and won both the league (2) that the champions (1) the cup but never once managed to reach the quarter but now I'm 2 seasons that I am always eliminated in the first round.

The problem is also, its really tough signing players in the first week or so, so I don't have time to build a stronger squad.
