Just make sure that everyone is in the same server. The one who enter the server first will get their friends in their same league.

Any new comers to the league creates a facebook account and only links that facebook account to existing managers in the game and then they sign in to T11 at 6am UK time on the start of the new season and they should land on the 35T league server and when the leagues are created they should be in the same league as every other L1 player on the 35T league.
