Its gonna be a challenge & seniors managers will have a real test while us the newbies we will have a chance to fairly compete with them.

Keep calm, there's no need to be aggressive...
About the fact that I updated the rules... I only added the negotiations one. For me there are no problem with negotiations. It's impossible (a part from offers from 2nd accounts, already forbidden) try to convince someone to bid on your player... I also think that allowing negotiations can give us an internal market (good strategy factor)

Let the players do what they want & if a player is good in the market then let him benefit from his skill.

Also I think power training should be allowed as long as the reds & greens or tokens used to buy them are legit.

Yes of course. So my team doesn't end up in the same league as the rest of everyone and doesn't sit on 0 points in an illegal formation with 11 players all OOP.
