That´s a good line-up + tactics.

He could replace that DMC (Tiote) with a ST (Greco) and have 2 ST instead of 1 (since he love attacking football) :D

That's exactly what I do when I need a goal and he has no attacking mid :D

Well, if he was playing defensive with forced counters other players would be able to cover - whereas you were probably playing offensive, leaving more gaps in behind

I did it as well in the CUP, got a goal the last Quarter. :)

Doesn't make sense to use long ball when using an ultra attacking formation. You're going to get cut out so many times... Control the game.. use short passing.

I've given him a balance tactic that is lethal on the wings and not to mention easy to altar with just moving a single position, it'll be very attacking.

Advantages of this formation is it suits short passing with a DMC + CM's + AML, AMR + Striker.
Mixed passing will encourage more direct passes down the wings.
Long ball will get the ball up to the striker + counter will create fast attacks but lose possession.

Disadvantages are there's not a lot of defensive support from AML, AMR but atleast you have fall backs.

Any team uses 1DC against ManU, you will see long ball

Actually in real world, AMR and AML should have blue arrows
one MC should have blue arrow or he will be a DMC with red arrow
So,451V or 42131 in Def will change to 4141 or 423w1
1DC man on man,
1 dc for cover,specially if DRL on his side go for support
The most powerful 451 is used by Barcelona(41131) with Messi as AMC

In FM, red arrow means the position in attacking,blue means position in Def
I will not give ARML red arrow,cos they supposed to get ball from their current position

But to T11, I have no idea at all!
