He could replace that DMC (Tiote) with a ST (Greco) and have 2 ST instead of 1 (since he love attacking football)

That's exactly what I do when I need a goal and he has no attacking mid

I did it as well in the CUP, got a goal the last Quarter.

But it´s up to him, he could take it or leave it.

I've given him a balance tactic that is lethal on the wings and not to mention easy to altar with just moving a single position, it'll be very attacking.

Advantages of this formation is it suits short passing with a DMC + CM's + AML, AMR + Striker.
Mixed passing will encourage more direct passes down the wings.
Long ball will get the ball up to the striker + counter will create fast attacks but lose possession.

Disadvantages are there's not a lot of defensive support from AML, AMR but atleast you have fall backs.

Your AM wide players will get more goals and assists with red arrows because they will look to run forward. But they will get tired faster. The experienced players here have given you good advice - take it

(P.s. if you think Barca's wide players have the equivalent of blue arrows, you haven't been watching them - they play very close to Messi, who plays as a deep forward rather than AMC)

isn't this a standard 4-5-1 V style? they've stopped working at all for me this season. NO matter what tactic i use them against, i draw or lose.

What instructions do you use? arrows? It's most effective against teams weak down the wings.
