Your AM wide players will get more goals and assists with red arrows because they will look to run forward. But they will get tired faster. The experienced players here have given you good advice - take it
(P.s. if you think Barca's wide players have the equivalent of blue arrows, you haven't been watching them - they play very close to Messi, who plays as a deep forward rather than AMC)

If you change anything to the tactics and you lose, don't blame me.
The tactics I have given you are mine.
SimplySimon is right because my wingers and striker assist eachother and score.
Just played second leg of Champions League. Won 2-1 using the tactics I gave you. I won the first leg away using the same tactics winning 3-1. (agg 5-2)
There is a difference between position on field and position relative to your teammates, Barca for example tend to apply a full team press with a high line - their wide forwards rarely drop back into their own defensive third
But anyway, you can't directly compare between real world and game tactics. You can see my response to a post about illegal formations using Barca tactics as an example here

you easily lost the midfield battle with just one player vs 2. This means that your offensive midfielders hardly ever gets the ball and that is why his team created so many chances (especially since you have ONE defender vs two strikers an one AM).
but whenever your team DID get the ball, you should've scored since you had so good players in the offense
