yah im having the same feeling. and while wasting training sessions for a new role on him others have gone up from 3*to4* and 4*-5* :/ so feels like a bad decision from my point of view. well you get to learn from bad decisions. he was my best assist player and now he is drunk on the reserve bench :'(
