SA for Defenders? Wich one to choose?

I prefer defensive header but defensive wall is good too.
Defensive header is good for winning the ball in the air from corners and I assume it's good at countering long balls from your opponent.

Defensive wall is good for defending against free kicks and countering long shots, for example, AMC with shadow striker ability.

Defensive wall is probably best with CB's.

So, for DL-DR aerial defense are the best, and for the DC's defensive wall it's the most correct option.

That was my toght too, but let me see if there're a different opinon from anyone.

I don't think it matters to much, just looks nice on your squad list.
I have a player with an sa which is penalty but i don't pick him because i have
other players who have better attack skills.
