I don’t have any particular expectations, but in most other mobile games when there is a bug that makes a limited time event not function correctly, the devs usually apologize and either extend the event or compensate the playerbase for it.
The difference is that TE has the monopoly in this kind of games.
PES is by far the second so they have only that policy, to refund with 10 tokens any kind of bug or issue.
