    Every day the bonus drops 2%, so once you hit 10%, you only have to start from 8% the next day. It gets fairly easy to reach 10% again and reset every day.

    If you are lower than 8%, then you just need to do more trainings and really push your players. It will tire your players out, but eventually you'll get up there. Then you'll need to use some of the green items to get your player's fatigue back up so they can still play in your daily match(es) after all that training.

    For example, let's say you are at 6% right now. Do multiple training sessions to get all the bonuses up to 10%. It might take your players all the way down to 40% or even 30% for "condition". Then use a handful of green items to rest them all back up to 80%+, depending on how much time is left before your league match - if you have a league match in 7 hours, you only need to get them up to 87%, they will go up 6% every 3 hours, so they'll gain the remaining 12% before the match for "free". If your league match is in like 40 minutes, you probably need to just bring them all up to 99% anyways.

    But you only need to bring the players who are actually playing in the match up. You can leave reserves at 30%, they'll slowly regenerate but since you're not using them on the field, it doesn't matter.

    Then, once you've hit 10%, it'll only drop to 8% the next day. So you only need to train to get it back up to 10%. Just do your normal training with your starters, and then make the reserves do the extra work needed to hit 10%.

    With my team, I typically need about 5-6 training sessions to hit 10% each day. I run three 5.25% training sessions with my starters that drops them down to ~83% each night before I go to bed, which is perfect because when I wake up for my league match in the morning they will all be back up to 99%. Those sessions typically get me about 2/3 of the way to 10%. Then I do 2-3 more sessions with just reserves to get the bonuses to 10%.

    Like, if my defense bonus is close to 10%, I'll just pick 4 defensive players in my reserves and make them do like 4-5 defensive drills in one session, that'll put me to 10%. Or if I need to get condition up to 10%, I'll select all 8 of my reserves and make them run sprints to get it up there. Those guys' condition will be down to like 60% or something, but I'm not going to use them in my league game, so I don't care. They'll be back to 99% by the time the game "refreshes" days and I can repeat it over again.
