This problem often occurs when you are not synchronized with game time (althoug it happens in other occasions too). Go to your system setting in windows and select something like "time and date". Sorry i dont know the correct english description. there you can select internet time and you will see another settings button there. If you click on it you can select a timeserver to sync with. Type "0.north-america.pool.ntp.org" in there (without ""). Helps most of the times. but not always so no guarantee.

It happened to me last night but luckily it was just one token. I refreshed and it said 00.00.00 I refreshed again and I lost the player.
