Fix the CL group partification

This is becoming annoying

Last season i had opps 3 lvl.s higher

This season i have the same problem again

My manager lvl is 59 other managers are lvl 62 (2x) and lvl 61 (1x)



Super league have the same problem

Please fix this this takes really the fun away to play

Yes 1 lvl but not 3 lvl.s now i have opps with 170% Quality

Its a server issue om my other account (older server ) i dont have that problem while i am the same manager Lvl 59

Technically means that the +1 and +2 levels have just 1-2 league tables... still if I remember right, time ago when there was just 1 league in the top the whole league went to CL... now with the SL nope...

And well, I myself asked for a solution in the top servers... like do "clouds" of 8 leagues, stuck them in a same big group and make them promote alltogether to try to avoid these situations.. and we need merge servers... ofc.
