You need to activate the mentality icon (above the morale/position icon).

I am, allready asign artows to some players on first day, it wasnt worked for me yesterday, though, in the end i was so pissed and reinstal app, worked fine after :D

Then what is the point of its use now?
Just sweeten the look of the formation ...
