After a season ends do your players recover all the morale and condition?

Btw, maybe you can help me with something. If I buy a player from auctions, can I sell it in negotiations in the same season? And if so, how many players per season you can sell to the same team?

Yes, you can sell whomever you like by negotiations. They will appear in the list when they are 1 skill point from next star ie 39,59,79, 99.
You can buy or sell from the same team as many players as you want.
