How can I get back released player?? HELP

Hi,

On 6th February 2019 I won auction and bought a new player but when I tried to sign him I did a mistake on pressing a wrong button RELEASE which happened today morning 7th February 2019. I believe its possible to get my player back since the same scenario has happened on 80-29-2016 as I went through the forum.
He cost me a lot of money and token.

The detail of the player as below.

Name: Jae Hong Seo
Price : 1.84M
Left Attacking Midfielder

The name of my team : Quixotic FC

I really hope the supporting team to assist me with my issue please.

Sadly there's nothing you can do at the moment and the support team do not deal with this kind of scenarios. Also when you release the player you get asked if you really want to do it.

Unfortunately the app didn't provide that features brother. If that they did have those features I wont be here asking for their assist.
Moreover there is a similar scenario happen years back and the support team solved the issue. I read the forum posted on 2016.
