you had no offers because 99% is not the quality shown on negotiations list (or 79%, 59%). after that update they change it, now it's 97 or 98%... (77, 78%).
last season i had 2 mutants and 1 18yo ST with 1-1 scorer, and 0 offers the entire week. and on my nego list all players were 97 and some 98%.

so yes, practically, negotiations are dead. they might as well delete them for good. scumbags, they ruined this game.

the list has players 99%, near to 100% quality for the buyers.
If there are not enough players with this q, then goes to 98% or 97%.
Probably now that managers don't keep players with that quality, the list has 98 and 97%.

i don't think so... i know what you're trying to say, but it makes no sense. because i should've receive at least one offer on my players last season.

and, to be more precise:

as you might remember (or not), i said before that i have a -2 lvl team that's on the same server as mine. and i used to buy players for the second team on my main team. all my 59% players appeared on my second team's nego list. until the update where negotiations were banned. after that, on the last week when the nego were available, not even one of my 59% players appeared anymore. all the list was full with 97,98% players. the only way i could see the players was to go directly to the other team and make an offer from there.

so trust me, something has changed... negotiations are broken. and not because there are not enough players out there... just because nordeus doesn't want us to buy anymore from other managers. simple

Very few things improved but only few changed too.

nordeus controls the market.
They can put 1000 bidders in an auction of 10 players and get slaughtered or can put 5 bidders who can buy players with 1 token as it happened previous season.
Same thing can happen in negotiations.

They have lowered the eligibility % Nik. Like I said, last season I had players down to 91% on my list
