If i stop playing this game, and i want to enter again, let's say, 6 months from now, i will have the same resources? tokens, greens, money, friends list? i know the team will be a 2* trash, but how about the others?
i never abandoned my team so i'm not sure what happens...
All your stuff should be there although your money won't be all that great so it's difficult to get back on track. I done it recently abounded the game for about a year and started playing again about a month ago but its been difficult to get the team decent again without spending real cash.

Regarding the money issue i suggest you sell all your high star players and get 3 star young players if you wanna keep hold of your finance.

Yes I thought as well, thats why I log in like once every month on my abandoned team account.
70 days as far as I remember.
Ive left a team abandoned for well over 6 months.
When I reactivated it al all was fine there was even a gift of tokens as well.
So no idea where this 70 days comes from ?
70 days comes from the first versions of T11... the theory is that then, it is shown as a bot team, and if you login again after this period, as you well say, there's a reward in resources/tokens and the team have a 6* player with the same surname as the FB acc' that you use to comeback...
But I remember some different cases... not sure now the exact situation that I faced in the comeback... too much time and different cases lol
