That trophies/level should've been trophies/season(number) to reflect the reality as someone can tank a season and get 2 trophies but this will not be shown by his level
BTW this is Milan Legends retired some time ago, season 45,lvl43

that's true but you cannot confirm that as you must go to check every single season.

Also there are some teams staying permanently at lv1 and winning cups - lol
But I guess that doesn't count.
