EXACTLY! My problem as well and the movie screen is too small for the whole movie so you can see where you have to click to finish, if you have to do that in the first place. BUT IT, THE GET REWARD BUTTON, NEVER GOES GREEN!

The trick I found is to say NO to the are you 18 question and it gives you a different video that allows you to collect.
