The Proof that this game sucks, do not buy tokens

Ok, I have not said much since but I d like to see what a nordeux guys have to say about that

Game is going, my guys score 2 goals before half time giveing me a lead, on the other side, the other player is not watching the game, giving me a small possession (useless option since I really believe this has no effect whatsoever in a game)

On that first time, the other team, loose a player on injury and the other player has not made offline in/out so the other team play at ten players

well, guess what, second half I get ripped and loose the game 4-2, obviously unless the other player is a jedi, he cannot change his tactic and his team being ten man down, even if I don't expect winning by ten goals, I expect the score to remain as it is or the worse, getting a draw but definitly not getting ripped apart

Now why it isn't worth buying tokens?

I have been playing for 6 seasons (I am on my 6th) and never purchased tokens before, winning games, dealing with tactics pretty well and all that, I always finish top or runner up, winning the CL once and finishing in top 4 twice.

This season, I decided to get some tokens (40 euros or something) and it's the worse season ever, loosing 3x more games, getting rapped by smaller teams in CL and Cup (both out for a while now) getting 3x more injured players for same kind of training as before.

For me, as soon as you get tokens, you are screwed, thinking that you might get more to solve your problem, then I tell you what Nordeus, screw you and your dirty tactics, this pst will be posted in a few gaming forum and a review will be made and probably read by over 10k readers the word will spread and maybe that day you will think that WE ARE THE ONE THAT PAYS YOUR WAGES you cheating naabs

I was in the "****" yesterdays as well against same formation. I went 4-1-2-1-2 the 1th half and then switched to a butterfly formation in the 2nd half and scored 3 goals.. Won 1 - 3 away :D

Even if he wasn´t "present", that doesn´t mean you are guarented to "win" or have an advantage (since the 8% doens´t mean a jack sh*t). His 3 man midfield "overruled" your 2-man midfield. Also, since he had no AMC, your DMC was more or less useless (that is if you didn´t motivate him with a red arrow).

But I understand your anger, you´re not alone mate .. This season has been more then "confused" and "ridiculous" with all injuries, bookings and results :confused:

I dont buy tokens because
-losing would be a lot more frustrating if I paid for this
-If you start buying tokens, you have to continue buying tokens to stay on the same level, since tokens are basically "consumeables", they cant buy you anything that lasts for longer than a few seasons. The only thing that doesnt deteriorate in T11 is the stadium, which is costly to improve with tokens and free to improve over time.

i still fail to see the cheating ? football is not math? is not 1+1=2
is about picking best players and giving them best formation and sure get lucky .. I lost count of how many times big clubs with big managers lost to sides from lower divisions in cup

Perhaps cheating is not the best word to describe what arsenalfc is talking about. It is more like extortion from Nordeus. He is describing a normal managers life until he bought tokens where his managerial life took a nosedive and kept causing issues that would help his decision to buy even more tokens.

Of course this is not cheating, but it is the equivalent of getting kicked in the gonads by Nordeus for not buying more tokens.

I would have to say yes based on your statement. but in Nordeus's eyes, you need 3 midfielders in total to prevent an illegal formation penalty but in this case, all midfielders, normal, attacking, and defensive, all count as midfielders.

All I am saying is that you could be a bit more specific in your statements because a 4-1-2-1-2 n.diamond has only 2 midfielders according to you and it beats a 4-4-2 classic which has 4 midfielders. So what gives????

I think a 3W-1-3W-0-3 would have created a much better scoreline in his favour. just move the midfielders back a bit. I dont see the need for so much attacking against such a lower quality team while you leave your backend exposed, no matter what quality the other team is.

neither attacking nor defensive midfielders are considered as midfielders in the eye of game engine,thats what i am saying,i always have 5 midfielders in one row ML 3mcs and MR i never get an illegal formation penalty or my possession goes below 60

1-2-1 formation has 2 midfielders and DMC&AMC are probably balancing each other,thats how i think

I disagree, and apparently so does the NGE.

The game engine requires at least 3 midfields of any type, attacking, defending or normal to prevent an illegal formation penalty. Therefore, all midfielders, attacking and defending included, are classified as midfielders for the purposes of the Nordeus Game Engine(NGE). There has been documented tests by members of this forum where they have tried numerous formations to test this and they concluded that even with one MC and 2 attacking AML/AMR, you can avoid the 80/20 penalty. This confirms that all midfielders, normal, attacking, and defending, are considered as midfielders for the purpose of the game engine.

I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe that this is correct.

Dimitri, I have been using this formation for about 3 seasons now and the previous 2 I never had any problems, again, if the guy was wathcing the game and changed his tactic I would have kicked myself in the balls for not changing mine either but hey, is not there, not replacing his tired players and in first half. I am not into loosing again a smaller formation it happens, but when you have a 70% possession in first half the game is in your hand, the other team is down to 10 men, as said, even a draw could be done but not getting rapped like I have been rapped and it is not the first time, I have been patient, thniking it could be me, but comon, there is omething wrong ehre and the first thing is Nordeux guys not being able to come around and explain themselves about all problems people are facing, just happy to take the cash and let you burn in hell.

it seems that I got a penalty for being 11 on the pitch :cool:

check this threads first page,where i have uploaded screenshots...i won 0-10 away with same tactics,players and formation ive lost 5-0 at home,my first and last defeat ever...this is a web based game and a money based game for the developers so there will be bugs which logic cant explain...maybe you just encountered a game bug

it happens in real world .. don't see why complaining .. Arsenal been knocked out by Bradford in the cup this season.. it happens ... sure Arsenal could had invested more and had a better side .. is it Nordeus fault too?

Without them there is no t11 to play on.

This game has to made profit from his users in order to update, keep going etc.etc.....
If you do not like the way the game rules, stop. Don't bother with calls as: ''do not buy tokens'' or simular text.

And if you would beat a team a bit better then your, how it will be?

You are a pro manager who used a great tactic?

This game will be up with regardless of tokens or not. How naive you must be to think you cant run this as a free site. I wont make much money as free, of course, but token buyers did not make this site. token buyers made them rich though

Funny as many people are really not bothered to read the thread properly and come around saying things that are not a case here.

and mate, Arsenal lost to Bradford, I know, but did they get rapped 4-2 after a lead of 2 goals and Bradford being down to 10 mens? NO so try to stick by the thread instead of saying things that have nothing to do with the subject.

Again, I already lost in the past against smaller team and I agree with that, if the manager is watching the game and change it's tactics then surely soemthing can be done but game or not this is just a basic of logic

A (much) smaller team cannot come back from 2 goals down to win 4-2 without changing it's tactics. First half and second half of that game have been day and night, the game ended with me having more possession but it went from 70% on first half for me to 35% in second half, so if your basic is that doesn't matter what you do, it's game and things like happen, then there is no point buying tokens to build yourself a bigger team and only good money management is enough just like I have been doing for the first 5 seasons

Of course not.....the less token buyers remain, the less advertisment income they will get.....It's all about third partys (ads.) combine with selling tokens.

I use to win 6-0 or more in league vs 4-4-2 flat and have hard times scoring even one goal again the same 4-4-2 in cup, with same qualities around. It's just that you get penalized in cups vs weaker teams, and that s it. For what i can add, playing 3 back with no dmc vs any formation with 2 STs isnt good, you ll alwais get goals against. If you scorr back nps, if you dont, loss gets you.

i had 2 matches today against worse teams. lost both. lost 3 of last 5 matches ... after winning nearly every match versus lower and higher teams... its like dice rolling here. just luck
