    Stay same level next season.
Finish in 14th place and pray not to promote you.

The other option is play for fun.

without offending anyone or belittling anyone, I hereby will like to share my opinion with you.i will briefly say it without having the desire to take your precious time or without the need for you to feel like I am wasting your time.I by the name of Ole have had experiences with such people and I am here Today to Give the best advice to my fellow brother not by blood but by hobby.I once had a formidable team and was once a great manager and if you are a good listener you will hear the next thing I am about to say.RESTART FROM LEVEL 1. Lol thanx for making me laugh. I'd rather not take this option, it's taken to much time and effort to get my club to the standard it is currently.

The first thing I notice is that a lot of your players are not necessarily playing in their preferred position. I've never been sure how much of a difference this makes, but it does seem that players perform better when played in the first position listed. So for example neither of your MCs are proper MCs strictly speaking and both would probably perform better as AMCs. Also, playing with 2 MCs I'd usually have one attack minded and one defence minded. It's not clear if that's you're approach here? Do you use the arrows?

Beyond that, I think I'd try a 4-1-2-1-2 narrow formation, defensive, playing through the middle, counter, hard tackle and man-to-man if you're struggling to prevent him scoring. Make sure your three attacking players are fast. So would be:
DL - DC - DC- DR
    DMC
    MC - MC
    AMC
    ST - ST

    Good luck!
