The first thing I notice is that a lot of your players are not necessarily playing in their preferred position. I've never been sure how much of a difference this makes, but it does seem that players perform better when played in the first position listed. So for example neither of your MCs are proper MCs strictly speaking and both would probably perform better as AMCs. Also, playing with 2 MCs I'd usually have one attack minded and one defence minded. It's not clear if that's you're approach here? Do you use the arrows?
Beyond that, I think I'd try a 4-1-2-1-2 narrow formation, defensive, playing through the middle, counter, hard tackle and man-to-man if you're struggling to prevent him scoring. Make sure your three attacking players are fast. So would be:
DL - DC - DC- DR
DMC
MC - MC
AMC
ST - ST
