The morale system in Top Eleven is upside-down. Win a match, and players who score hat-tricks or otherwise get higher ratings need their morale boosted before the next match. Lose heavily and all is right with the world and some players even gain morale...

I go into each match with all the players on 'very good' morale - if any are on 'superb' it's because they gained that status or I've had to use more than one Morale pack to get them up from below 'very good'.
Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...

I've never seen a player gain morale. But I have found that morale seems to be just cosmetic because I've had players on poor morale score goals and get MOTM in the past.

I've found max win bonuses accompanied by massive wins do help improve morale and keep morale up longer if used occasionally.

Firstly, I just assume everything affects the players' performances. We can't prove otherwise, so it's a lot less hassle to do this.

Secondly, I find attacking players can lose moral if they don't score, even if the team wins. #selfish

Thirdly, the chances of winning goes up if your team is better than theirs but isn't guaranteed. You can be >20% worse and win or >20 better and lose:

    That's football.

    Whats football in TE :

Manager less strong team wins, you lose besides having supporters
Manager less weak team wins, you lose besides having supporters
    No training no problem
    No morale no problem

Ahhh the list is long, funny, irritating? , yet I like this game
I will play TE, you too might play .....

    P.S. its a managerial simulator, I don't why I don't feel its a football simulator
