I've never seen a player gain morale. But I have found that morale seems to be just cosmetic because I've had players on poor morale score goals and get MOTM in the past.

    2) @Nikolgiorgos, you are my guru, but what can we actually know for certain? Do you have inside information about this?
    3) There are so many possible factors, so it’s so hard to know the impact of one (condition, morale, tactics, presence, training, etc. ) for sure. Do they actually have impact is much asked.
    4) All guys in here have their opinions, but not all aspects of the game can be analyzed like training points, etc., so I guess it’s only speculation, isn’t?
There might be a reasonable influence, there might be a small influence, there might be no influence. What can we know, what do you know for sure?
    1) Yes, for good and bad or not to have remorse if loose - lol
    2) No, no inside info, just my experience and all the people who passed those years from the forum
    3) There are 3 major factors - Luck, quality of team/players and presence of the manager/coaching
And there are some minor factors like condition, morale, win bonus, support from friends, special abilities, training bonus and this new one, the team bonus.
if they have a factor of 1%, you cannot distinguish when luck has 30% for example.
(Luck also has many forms https://forum.topeleven.com/top-elev...op-eleven.html )
    4) Yes, all those are speculations as only very few devs know exactly how the game works.
But still you can understand some things from the results or observing, doing tests and share things and opinions.
For example here, back at 2015
    https://forum.topeleven.com/top-elev...-morale-2.html
I noticed that a player can have a good (and increasing) performance without having a superb morale morale.
Observing more things, I started this thread - about morale #36
    https://forum.topeleven.com/top-elev...-eleven-4.html

Then, after the injuries had some fix, I stopped using boosters.
    At 2017 I had 3 K'
    https://forum.topeleven.com/suggesti...rale-loss.html
    2018 5 K'
    https://forum.topeleven.com/top-elev...-boosters.html
    now 7 K'

I've found max win bonuses accompanied by massive wins do help improve morale and keep morale up longer if used occasionally.

Firstly, I just assume everything affects the players' performances. We can't prove otherwise, so it's a lot less hassle to do this.

Secondly, I find attacking players can lose moral if they don't score, even if the team wins. #selfish

Thirdly, the chances of winning goes up if your team is better than theirs but isn't guaranteed. You can be >20% worse and win or >20 better and lose:

    That's football.

    Whats football in TE :

Manager less strong team wins, you lose besides having supporters
Manager less weak team wins, you lose besides having supporters
    No training no problem
    No morale no problem

Ahhh the list is long, funny, irritating? , yet I like this game
I will play TE, you too might play .....

    P.S. its a managerial simulator, I don't why I don't feel its a football simulator
