For each training you gain the maximum of the gains of the four position bonuses (attack, defense, possession, condition). I did 3 trainings to get my starting 11 from 8% to 10%:
- warm up - warm up - stretch - stretch - skill drill - video analysis
- warm up - warm up - warm up - stretch - skill drill - video analysis
- warm up - warm up - warm up - stretch - skill drill - video analysis
This cost me about 16% condition loss per player.
