Can we add friend by Top eleven ID on the same server?

As we know we can add friend on the same game server from league, champion or cup matches, but can we add friend by unique Top eleven ID?

Hi seagull, no this is not currently a possibility. You can play Friendlies with anyone by way of FAs, but adding them as friends is only by the means you mention.
