How is the "overall" quality calculated?

Hello Everyone,

First of all, let me thank you for all your educating posts, I've read and learned a lot already, and for that I am thankful.

One thing that still eludes me (and please forgive me if this info is blatantly obvious, I really fail to see any correlation from any of the other calculations:

How is the "overall" / "absolute" quality calculated in a player?


EDIT: A player could be 101% (90)
the average of his two groups (he is a keeper) is 91,6 and 87,9

How do these numbers add up?
