If you bought 500 tokens then you can send almost anything.
If you bought 80 tokens then you can only send things worth 80 tokens or less.

All that to say, you cannot send OFFICIAL items (Liverpool, Roma, RM) with tokens you earn.

How can we tell? Did you buy tokens or have you saved them up and want to buy the Roma stuff to send?

If you bought tokens, then YES, you can buy the Roma stuff and send it

If you earned tokens over the past few seasons, then NO, you cannot send the Roma stuff, but you can still buy it.
