Won my cup game 2-0 at home against Giresunspor, the goals coming from Gussago and Sutcu.

Happy with the start, especially as no away goals were conceded, but I still have the away leg to play which will be tough.

On a bit of transfer news, on the Scout list, I can see a 22yo DR/DC with the corner taker SA at Q54 who would easily get into my team. It sounds perfect................except I don't necessarily need him (Need a DL and MC more than anything). Should I still go for him regardless?

You've got plenty of T haven't you at the moment, I'd sign him right away, I need a DC/DR scout. that would of been perfect for me if that sort of player appeared on my list.

Following the advice of the wise one, I have made my first signing of the season by signing 22yo James Kay from the scout list, who is a Q54 DR/DC and has the Corner Taker SA (If he ends up being anything like my other corner specialist DC Zouhair Van Ryckegem in corner taking, I could see a fair few goals coming from that set piece). He is also only 7 SP from being 7*.

Due to this signing, it was a sad day at the club as 24yo Playmaker Joe Hamlin, the only player I had left from the very beginning, was sold for £2.8m (£1m over the market value). I would have liked to keep him seeing as he could play DMC as well, but his training was becoming very slow and he only just managed to be a 4* at the end of last season, so there was no point in keeping him anymore.

I have two youth players in two days time, so almost any position should be fine OTHER than DC or DR. What's the odds that both youth players will be that?

Lost 1-2 away vs an inactive, but quite strong team (close to 9star striker ~~) after he scroed twice late. Had better possession (60-40), so I'm confident I can beat him at home.

Top 2 and best are Q47 now that i took the MC. Goes down to 46-45 for the rest. A 25 yo 47 MC APPEARED as soon as i bought the 22 yo one.

I just can't believe it, I shook my head in disbelief this morning when I saw only 4 Nordeus GENS that went for a bidding war + a rubbish scout list which has given us this hard time on the transfer market. I've had no response from the negotiation bids I placed so far and now there is only 16 hours on the clock on both offers. I'm really struggling to find any good signings today, also I need to keep my eyes on the market like a hawk in case I miss anything.

If that 25 year old 6*113 Free-Kick taker was 22 or 23 years old, I would of took him.

In the end we signed the Q48 MC on scout list. What made us move was both his age (22) and Sa (Free Kicks). I think will be easier to make him gain 30ish SPs instead of taking another 18yo MC and pt him to 7*. now i hope my new SL wont be shiny lol.

How "good" is he? I have 3x (Q47-48) but I´m not even gonna think about signing them, mostlu because they are players that I dont need. Hopefully the list will refresh by tomorrow or theusday.

Btw, how is your team? I dont see any "showcase"
