Team Level Down ?

Hope someone can help , I might have skipped or missed something but after winning the league and advancing to manager level 2, I noticed that all my players were degraded or leveled down and their skills were decreased .... Can anyone please tell me why this happened ?

Simply, at level 1, the 5th star, is achieved, with 20AvQ. and at level 2, you need 25 points... thats why the 5* you had at level 1, the 80%'s, now, are -20%.

Is not a loss, is just that it is more difficult to reach a star, exactly a 20% -5points- per level.
