This is how it will work, tems fwill be listed 1-4 Pot A, 4 teams in pot B, then C and D.

These will be spread between the groups and we'll have a single 1vs1 against each oppo.
I'think I will allow support because otherwise will be so difficult to control that nobody joins... -.-'

Then, QFs will have a double round playoff, semifinals too, and I think that, finally to give equality in options the finale will be played too in a double eliminatory.

Nothing, just wait to complete all teams, and then when tournament starts, you'll have to play against other managers, you will do it by going to associations, and search his association by tag(at first post of Khris) then setup game.
