So, who put the players to sell on negotion list? It's totally random by NGE or it's real players to do that?

NGE does this. Any of your players between 36-39, I think, that are not in the starting lineup go on the list automatically. i think it is any 5 star player on your team not in the lineup.

Would made more sense, we can also negotiate our players through that list, I think...
