I've recently gone to level 2 after winning the league and cup in season 1, and since I've bought a fair few scouts my average quality is quite significantly higher than other teams my level, and as such I've been drawn against level 3/4/5 teams in the cup.

What I'm getting at is:

If I fill up some spots in my team with 2/3* crap players, to bring my average quality down, will the game draw me against weaker teams in the future?
