Coach-Level 7, but in 8-level professional tournament. Why ?

I’m a Coach – Level 7, so I can buy player in level 54.

But I’m in 8-level professional tournament, players in other team is in level 59.

That is the injustice.
And why ?

Because there weren't enough teams of that level to populate a League they chose a Team of nearby level to fill the numbers, it happens but rarely. Usually it is a higher level, but can happen anytime the leagues are drawn if there aren't enough, and usually it is players from below as those are more populous than above, and I am pretty sure the server starts at top League and goes down when doing the draw, because of that situation.

Oh, let me ask a little more :

1. What happens if I promoted? Level 9 but i can buy players in level 8 ?
2. What happens if I relegated? Level 7 or 8? And buy what level player?

And I think robots should chose to compensate.

Usually you will be in your proper League whenever possible, so if promoted it would be hopefully be one above your current level, so 8. The TL list is always tied to your level. The Scout is to the League level (you should see 7* Scouts right now)
Relegate I *believe* you'd be in 7, but I haven't run into that. Maybe spornybol will share his wisdom, he's been in the wrong league number plenty, this season he's http://forum.topeleven.com/top-eleve...-i-should.html

what happened with me as a level 20 team in a level 21 league i stayed down but saved skill point`s and in the new season i stayed in the level above and after adding the skill point`s saved actually won the league so when the new started as a level 21 team i stayed in level 21

What happens if you get promoted or relegated will totally depend on the 'numbers game' that got you in the higher league level. So who knows. With the numbers of teams in leagues so fixed it'll probably be happening somewhere to somebody at most levels but its expected more at higher levels. Servers with a lower high level population will be more susceptible too.

I'd expect that competition draws are built from the top down. The bots are added/deleted towards the bottom.

Personally, I think it would be a good idea if higher level teams were clustered into their own servers to manage that population better (if technically possible). That would make it easier to then consider 'bot filling' the levels below.

I'm level 15 in a level 16 league, 7 teams of each level. The good thing of this factor is that the scout list is with players of 7 stars and I bought one.

Always got a guess....it's just never a correct one.

Since it seems set up to create bots at lower end and balance out at higher end it'd probably be a big change. They'd also need to put some protection in place at higher levels to stop those at the very top getting shunted into bot filled leagues rather than mixed level ones as I'm not sure a 'Stop' on promotion would work. So that'd mean a '2-speed' process.
