Choose as aml, the worst player inside your 11, even if it's a out position player, this is how it works.

And on the market, try not to go for the 5* players. People often only look at star-ratings and not at %, so they will bid 20-50 tokens for a 81% player, but a 79% (almost 5*) you can easily get for under 5 tokens. So go for the high % 4* players or even 3*, if you have alot of greens and wanna train their important white skills yourself.
