I have doubts whether mutants are that effective as such these days. Like someone said (Nik, if I am not mistaken), sometimes they seem to work and sometimes not. On thing for sure though, this mutant thing has destroyed some good parts of the game by forcing Nordeus to take measures by closing negotiations for the first 3 weeks and by making it harder for players to progress further in quality once a certain quality has been reached in the white skills. It is harder (and more costly) for managers to keep players longer now, all that due to those that abused by using mutants. Many innocent users got penalised, including those that had semi-mutant teams if the company nerfed the mutant effects significantly.
