SausyFC, can you please explain how association members are qualified to claim rewards for each step of a phase? There is a member in my association that did the minimum participation points for phase 1, but he could not claim the final rewards (those of step 3).

My team managed to score 9 points against Salzburg.
Was able to claim the first reward, however the Claim button for 2nd and/or 3rd rewards does not show up.
The Info icon says Im eligible for next rewards in this phase....but I cant claim them?
