Friends with Facebook

Hi , i have added friends on facebook who play top11 also but I cannot see them in top11 games? Why? I know some or other servers but if i am friends on Facebook i can see them right? Plz help

Could be that they connect with google, sometimes it takes a day until you can see them in friends list, sometimes you can't see them until they enter the game (with facebook), etc.
