Hi people, one of my youth players (the one i upgraded) is training very well, got him at 102% and is now near 110% and I haven't pushed him very hard yet (still wating to evaluate the competition on the league)

About 18 y.o beeing absent on the market is another conspiracy theories that usually go around in the forum, I've seen a lot of them and I'm not searching for players... as allways the market is a question of luck

You guys must attract bad luck, last season alone I hired two 18yo fast trainers without looking very much (in the middle of video sessions )

But i guess its really a question of luck to find the right player at the right price

I bought a 6T striker who was a slower trainer.

Even that youth academy is ridiculous. From 8 players - 2gk, 2st, 3mc. Why?
My gk with 4 tokens was fast trainer. So i think that is luck factory if you get fast trainer or not

So the new academy players
- need a lot of tokens to upgrate them and cannot control their skills training
- are not top fast trainers
- their q count for the draw
So what are they useful for?

Only nordeus devs could take something bad and make it worst
