It was a good idea to wait... we can find specific positions.

yep ,wait a season to get a position you want then wait another season to train him and you get your player. Seems like a long time to wait but isnt in reality. It makes a manager look ahead to what will be needed and plan for that need so this is a good thing.
Also with the player training I dont think the coaches price is too unreasonable ,add a local coach to most players and your player comes to you around 80 -85% then throw 50 -100 greens at him and you have a 100% player who is maybe well on his way to an SA or 2nd position. If you are one of these managers who has his team at 120-140% at seasons start then your going to pay more or re evaluate how you might use the Academy.
