How can a level 3 league has a player with level 21?.

How is that possible?

Can he buy players from his own level or only from level 3??

Returned manager that's how. His manager level is 21 but his club level is 3. What happened is that he had club level 21 when he stoped playing and after 2-3 months of inactivity nordeus deleted his club, he is still manager level 21 but when he started playing again nordeus give him another club level 1. OK, now check his club level, is it 3?

You are correct just checked manager level =21 and club level=3.....
