As someone who played this game for roughly 6-7 years your post is too long.
2 main things: farm rests 25 every day forever with the ads you can store, farm money on the 15 ads you can t store.
Buy couple of Fast Trainers, 2-3 you should have money for them AML-AMR-ST and train them.And by doing that you re using a very effective formation with wingers.
At the end of the season sell players which you won t keep for the next season.
As long as you re 5-10% better than the opponent with the right tactic and with your attackers they are useless with any formation they throw at you.
And one more thing: i would buy 3*( or 40-59% expensive 18y old) and improve their white skills as high as possible.
